Volunteer Interest Form

Please fill out the Volunteer Form below if you are interested in helping with Jazzoo 2011.

We have unlimited daytime volunteer positions available. The evening positions do have a limited capacity. You will be contacted via email closer to the event to confirm your volunteer position and with more specific information.

If you are able to help, we would be happy to have you assist with Jazzoo. If more than one person is interested in volunteering, please fill out separate forms for each individual.

If you have selected the Adopt A Wild Child Volunteer opportunity you must attend the orientation meeting on Thursday, June 2 at 6pm at the Zoo in order to assist during the event.
